Ella Bleu Travolta, daughter of film icons John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston, has become a rising name in entertainment while promoting a lifestyle centered on mindfulness, compassion, and health. Beyond her growing career in acting, modeling, and music, she has embraced veganism as both a personal and ethical choice.
Born on April 3, 2000, in California, Ella grew up surrounded by creativity and performance. Her mother fondly remembered her birth, saying, “John put his hands under her arms while she was still halfway out, and I put my hand on his, and we pulled her out together and laid her on my chest.” From that moment, Ella’s life unfolded in the public eye but with strong family support at its core.
As the second child of John and Kelly, Ella experienced both joy and heartbreak. She lost her older brother, Jett, at 16, after a seizure-related accident. Years later, the family welcomed her younger brother, Benjamin, whom Ella immediately adored. Her mother once said Ella was “elated” at his arrival — a reflection of her nurturing personality and close-knit bond with family.
From an early age, Ella showed an unmistakable love for performing. In their Maine home, she often staged plays for family and friends. “Since I was very little, I’ve loved performing, singing, dancing, and putting on shows at home for my family and friends,” she once shared. That passion led to her first acting role at just nine years old in Old Dogs, followed years later by The Poison Rose, where she acted alongside her father again.
By 2024, Ella had firmly established herself as an independent creative force, building a portfolio that spans film, fashion, and music. Yet it was her decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle that would mark a turning point in her personal growth and public identity. In 2022, inspired by a close friend, Ella tried a plant-based diet for two weeks — and the results changed her life.
“It has really been a game-changer in how I feel — overall I have more energy, and I feel great,” she said. What began as an experiment soon became a lifelong commitment, rooted in health, ethics, and care for the environment.
