The Mystery of the Long Showers: When Concern Turned into Panic

It started as a small curiosity — my daughter-in-law, Daniela, spending over an hour in the shower every evening. At first, I brushed it off as her way of relaxing after a long day. But soon, my curiosity gave way to concern. The water stopped. After a tense silence, the door creaked open. Daniela stepped out, hair damp and wrapped in a towel, looking startled but composed. The officers explained that there had been a report of a strange man’s voice in the house. Her eyes widened in shock — and then, to my utter bewilderment, she began to laugh softly.
