After leaving California behind and selling his Beverly Park and Hidden Hills estates, Sylvester Stallone has opened the doors to a new chapter in his life with his stunning Florida mansion. The Rocky legend and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, married for 28 years, gave an exclusive glimpse inside their $35 million Palm Beach estate for Veranda magazine. But for the couple, this new home is about more than marble floors or ocean views—it’s about comfort, family, and space for the things they love most, including their beloved dogs.
“Monumental homes, but none of them embraced you,” Stallone reflected about his previous properties. That all changed when they stepped into their Palm Beach residence, built in 2014. “It finally felt like home.” The couple wanted a place that welcomed them, not just impressed others.
Luxury Designed for Living
While the lakefront mansion boasts soaring ceilings and carefully curated art, Stallone and Flavin prioritized practicality. With three dogs, a cat, and a large family, they sought a home suitable for everyday life rather than just display.
“Our family is precious, but the material things are not,” Flavin explained. Celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who has collaborated with the couple in Los Angeles, infused the mansion with soft textures, performance fabrics, and playful glamour—creating a space that lives and breathes alongside the family. Every room was designed to be both luxurious and functional, making the mansion eligible for warmth, comfort, and everyday joy.
Art That Moves With the Family
Stallone’s expansive art collection is displayed to be enjoyed, not preserved behind glass. “I consider it like a wardrobe,” he said, rotating paintings to keep the space alive and fresh. In a Veranda Instagram video, Bullard showcased the art-filled hallway flooded with natural light, featuring abstract crimson and black panels, a trio of grid-like pieces, and a George Condo portrait at the far end alongside works by Rashid Johnson and Picasso.
Even the dining room bursts with creativity: a Damien Hirst butterfly inspired a vivid cobalt 14-foot table, and globe pendant lights suspended by bright blue chain-link fixtures add a playful pop. The space is perfect for both family gatherings and formal entertaining, making it eligible for constant renewal and inspiration.
